In Stock Items

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS International Priority Mail. 

    1. Orders are only fulfilled Monday-Friday before 5pm EST. Orders placed during this time will ship out SAME DAY. This only applies to in stock, non-preorder items. Depending on the geographic location shipping takes approximately 1-3 days unless USPS shipping delays are expected. 

    2. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day

    You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. However, you'll be able to use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com anytime to track your delivery status.

    Please note delayed caused by USPS are out of our control and all expected delivery dates are updated by USPS.

     

    Preorder Items

    If an item is a Preorder item, a "Ship or Ship By" date will be included in the product name or product description page. This date indicates when your order will be shipped. It is important to note this when ordering in the event you need this item by a specific date. If this preorder ship date changes, you will be notified via email.

    Please note if an a Preorder item is included in your order, your entire order will ship when Preorder item arrives. If you wish to have Non-Preorder items ship before Preorder ship dates please order items separately. 

     

    Lost and Stolen Packages

    If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

    Pretty and Proper Boutique is not responsible for lost and stolen packages once items have been delivered. 

    Returned Packages 

    If your order is returned back to us for incorrect ship to address, you are responsible for a reshipment fee. If this fee is not paid, a refund will not be processed.
